Services
OTEP: We provide monthly on-site OTEP sessions for EMS agencies. Our instructors are highly qualified and engaging to assure your providers stay trained. Our OTEP sessions meet Washington DOH and NREMT requirements for recertification. OTEP sessions include education, training, written testing, evaluation, and skill development. We are able to provide your agency with customized training to your county's protocols.
Skill Evaluation: Are you and your providers in need of skill development and evaluation? Skill degradation can be one of the greatest challenges in medical care, both in hospital and prehospital. Our EMS Evaluators bring years of experience and know-how to make sure you are receiving the best in skill development and retention.
CPR: We provide AHA CPR and First Aid classes to EMS providers and lay-people. Call to schedule a class.
ACLS: We provide AHA ACLS training and recertification courses for all medical fields. Call to schedule a class.

About us
Advance EMS came about when local EMS providers noticed a need for training in rural areas of Eastern Washington. EMS is a rapidly advancing medical field. Small rural departments and prehospital providers are tasked with many responsibilities; keeping up on all that's required can be time consuming. Advance EMS exists to make sure busy rural prehospital providers receive the current training necessary to provide the best care in their rural communities.
Advance EMS was founded by Laban Molsee who has served for over 15 years in rural EMS from Wyoming to Washington. Currently working as a Paramedic in Spokane Washington, he endeavors to bring knowledge and experience to his students in rural settings. Advance EMS also has a team of knowledgeable and engaging trainers comprised of EMTs, Paramedics, Respiratory Therapists and Physicians.
